Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS, ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATIONS, SOCIAL EVENTS REGISTRATIONS AND/OR ABSTRACT BOOK ORDERS
Cancellation notifications must be sent to Europa Organisation by mail, fax or e-mail.
- Cancellation received before May 1st, 2013: Refund after deduction of 50 € (VAT included) for handling fees
- Cancellation received after May 1st, 2013 and before July 1, 2013: 50 percent refund
- Cancellation received after July 1st, 2013: No refund
CANCELLATION OF EXCURSION REGISTRATIONS
Cancellation notifications must be sent to Europa Organisation by mail, fax or e-mail.
- Cancellation received before March 1st, 2013: Refund after deduction of 10 € (VAT included) for handling fees
- Cancellation received after March 1st, 2013 and before May 1st, 2013: 50 percent refund
- Cancellation received after May 1st, 2013: No refund

Visa
All foreign nationals entering French territory must be in possession of a valid entry and stay visa, unless if they are exempt from this requirement.
Visa applications must be filed with the French consular services of your country prior to departure.

The International Association of Geomorphologists offers awards to support young researchers to attend the International Conference on Geomorphology.

Financial aid from the French Ministry of European and Foreign affairs
To obtain financial aid from the French Ministry of European and Foreign affairs to participate in the 8th International Conference on Geomorphology, you are advised to get in touch with the cultural services of the French Embassy of your country at the earliest opportunity. Those services are competent to indicate you the possibilities according to the priority programs pecular to each country. Usually, files have to be submitted in January 2013 to get an answer in May 2013. We recommend you to get in touch with them in early 2012. To get a letter of invitation from the Organizing Committee proving your participation to the 8th international Conference, please click on the below link.
